Castle life
Between tenderness and whims, poetry and demands, the Château d'Estoublon spreads its wings over 1500 m2 and two floors served by a lift. Twenty-two rooms, ten bedrooms and suites. And none of them resembling the other. Staying at the Château means enjoying all the comforts of a Provençal residence.
Agricultural activity
Château d'Estoublon covers 200 hectares, 120 hectares of which are olive trees and 20 hectares of vines. The olive orchards and vines are classified as Protected Designation of Origin. From the cultivation of the fruit, olives and grapes, to the sale of our bottles, sprays and boxes, each step is carried out according to the strict specifications of Château d'Estoublon. Grapes and olives are cultivated and worked on the estate, respecting organic agriculture and following exclusively manual and mechanical manufacturing processes, without the use of chemicals.
